Export a backup in the app. Save the exported file somewhere safe, such as the Files app.

Import a backup in the app. Importing replaces the data currently on this iPhone.

Before switching, export a backup and keep the file somewhere your new phone can reach. Install Stepwyn on the new iPhone and import the file. An iCloud or computer backup of your iPhone also includes Stepwyn's data.

Calendar sync is optional and off until you turn it on. Optional Calendar sync adds the sessions you choose, including replanned ones, to a separate Stepwyn calendar in the Calendar app. Their repeats stay in Stepwyn. Stepwyn never reads your other events. Turn Calendar sync off in the app to remove them.

Stepwyn is made for iPhone.

We can't see or recover your data, because it's stored on your iPhone, not on our servers. Exporting a backup regularly gives you a copy you can restore.
